Our client is a small multi-site retail business looking to hire an Interim Financial Controller to join their finance team on an interim basis. This is a fast-paced and high profile role where you will be involved in many aspects of the finance function. You will be responsible for the preparation of financial statements, management of month end and provide support on P&L, balance sheets and reconciliations. You will manage the audit process and strengthen internal controls, ensuring deadlines are met. You will look at budgeting, forecasting and analysis and consider any system improvements that can be made to enhance efficiency and support the business as they grow.

The ideal candidate will be a technically strong qualified accountant (ACA/CAANZ or equivalent) with experience working outside of practice, preferably in a fast-paced, all-encompassing SME. You must be immediately available.
