Interim Financial Controller

Cedar are supporting a PE backed healthcare business with the recruitment of an interim financial controller.

This role will be an initial 3-6 month contract and will require occasional travel to other offices across the UK.

Experience of working within a hands on role, ideally within SME businesses would be highly advantageous for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve management accounting process
• Balance sheet review
• Acquisition integration

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Coordinate the annual budgeting process
• Provide accurate and timely financial forecasts to support decision making

Profit & Loss Management:

• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions for reliable P&L statements
• Analyse variances between actual results & budgeted/foretasted figures

Your Profile:

• Qualified Accountant
• Strong process improvements experience
• Available at short notice
