The Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team within Grant Thornton UK LLP are currently looking for Fully Qualified Accountants to join their community of Independent Consultants based in the Birmingham Area.

About the Service Line

Financial Accounting and Financial Advisory Services focus is interim finance professionals who provide an on-demand and project focused accounting service for us and our clients. Our service is split into four service elements: Finance Placements, Financial Reporting Advisory, Non-Statutory Assurance and ESG Assurance.

Skills we’re looking for:

• Half and full year end accounts preparation and audit liaison.

• Prepare monthly management accounts.

• Group accounts consolidation and Intercompany accounting.

• Accounting for acquisitions, mergers, and disposals.

• Financial reporting under IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP and international GAAP.

• Assist with the preparation of year-end statutory accounts and audit.

• The minimum criteria you’ll need is a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CA or CIMA.
