Interim Financial Accountant | PE Backed Marketing Agency | Hybrid

Harmonic are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK's most successful PE Backed Marketing Agency groups with their search for an Interim Group Financial Accountant/Group Finance Manager.

Turning over around £30mill, the agency is based in Central London and specialises in Digital/Social Media Marketing & Public Relations. They are a non-corporate, exceptionally friendly, and ambitious team looking to strengthen their finance function.

They are looking for a qualified accountant with around 3-5 years' industry experience interested in joining a scaling company where you will get to make an extensive amount of consequential changes for the business in the short term. This opportunity will report directly into the experienced CFO.

The Role

• Manage the Audit efficiently, working with the internal finance team and external auditors.
• Streamline internal processes where possible.
• Review the reported year end results to ensure accuracy of the revenue and cost cut odd procedures.
• Be the Technical specialist for all improvement & efficiencies implementations.
• Lead the group financial reporting.
• Multicurrency consolidations.

What we're looking for (Essential skills)

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with 3-5 years' PQE
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work within a team and individually.
• Ability to hit the ground running without requiring an extensive handover.
• Experience within the professional services sector.

Bonus Skills

• Creative Agency or Media experience.
• Experience in a PE backed Scale-up business.
• Previously used NetSuite or Paprika.

Day Rate: £300-£400/day

Location: Central London/Hybrid

Start Date: Immediate/ASAP
