Interim Finance Reconciliations Analyst
Type: 10 month fixed term contract
Location: Leeds (2 days in the office a week)
Salary: up to £45,000 per annum (dependant on experience)

Elevation's Finance Interim division is excited to be working with a well-established business based in Leeds as they look to recruit an interim Finance Reconciliations Analyst to provide support dealing with a backlog of work on a 10 month fixed term contract. 

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Computing and executing precise reconciliations on invoices, supported by relevant data.
  • Collaborating with the stakeholders across the business to ensure timely and accurate reconciliation information for invoicing.
  • Coordinating with Sales teams to facilitate communication on impending reconciliations, fostering recovery while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Delivering high-quality reporting and business partnerships to enable informed decision-making.
  • Investigating and reporting on monthly variances.
  • Collaborating with the broader business to enhance data integrity and reporting.
  • Providing business partnerships to key stakeholders.
  • Interpreting and conveying performance insights to various stakeholders across the organisation.

Required experience:

  • Strong communicator with proven business partnering skills with stakeholders across a business
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience dealing with complex or problematic reconciliations which require investigation
  • Confident manipulating high volumes of data using Excel (vlookups / pivot tables etc.)
