In this exciting new position, you'll step into the role of interim Finance Partner for a six-month assignment. Based in Leicestershire, you can work from home four days a week!

This isn't just any role—it's a chance to shine among top finance leaders (think CFO/FD) and dynamic commercial teams. Your focus? Diving deep into the business's cash flow dynamics, interpreting balance sheets, and unraveling the 'why' behind the numbers. You'll directly report to the board, crafting narratives and providing recommendations. Collaborating closely with the existing finance team, you'll leverage their expertise to deliver insights, with particular focus on working capital and cash flow management.

As an ACA, ACCA, or CIMA Qualified Accountant, your background in larger, complex organsations will prepare you perfectly for this role. You will have strong experience presenting to senior leadership teams and impressive Excel modeling skills. It is also essential that you have recent experience of working capital and cashflow.

With strong stakeholder management and a passion for driving change, you're poised to hit the ground running.
