The Company
This well-established manufacturing business boasts an impressive reputation and a wide range of product offerings. Owing to their sustained success and expansion, they are actively seeking an Interim Finance Manager to support the CFO.

The Role
The role will report into the CFO and manage a small and highly professional finance team where you will be responsible across the breadth of both financial and management accounting . Key responsibilities will include overseeing finance operations, financial accounting and management reporting, cash-flow management and managing and developing the finance team whilst also being at the forefront of driving process enhancements and championing a culture of continuous improvement.

The Person
As a qualified (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) or qualified by experienced accountant, you will possess a strong and complete financial skill-set, with significant and relevant experience in a management capacity. Proven and demonstrable experience in a similar role, you will have focused planning and organisational skills and the ability to motivate and inspire staff. With excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others and manage multiple stakeholders, this is an excellent opportunity to join an established company in a supportive environment.
