Interim Finance Manager

exciting FMCG business has approached Mitchell Adam to assist with their immediate need to strengthen the finance function in an exciting time of change and are looking to appoint an Interim Finance Manager in their office located just outside of Birmingham.

Working within a fast paced and ever changing environment a successful candidate will be managing a small team and will be responsibilities will include but are not limited to; providing financial support and value adding insight to the operations team, preparing brand plans, budgets and forecasts as well as supporting the Head of Finance with ad-hoc projects.

Ideally you will -

• Be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) demonstrating experience in a similar commercial finance role - ideally within an FMCG.
• Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to provide influential insight to financial and non-financial people, whilst building strong work relationships throughout the company.
• Be able to demonstrate instances in which you have been Business partnering with operational managers to directly affect the pricing strategy of your focus area, adding value and saving costs.
• Have excellent analytical skills to assist you with providing financial support including performance analysis and technical analysis of pricing and productivity.
