BTG is working with a leading global manufacturing business headquartered in Nottingham, with a strong presence in the industry. Their commitment to innovation and excellence has positioned them as a key player in the market. 

As a result of their rapid growth and plan to centralize their finance team in Nottingham, an experienced Interim Finance Manager is needed to join their dynamic team for a 3 to 6 months contract.

As the Interim Finance Manager, who is part of the commercial team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, providing strategic insights, and ensuring compliance within the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a renowned global company and make a significant impact during a crucial period of transition.

Some of your main responsibilities include:
  • Oversee and manage all facets of management reporting of 3 sites, ensuring timeliness in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting
  • Business partnering with operational and commercial teams
  • Looking after the sales, product costing & margins
  • Working on the project to align systems
  • Oversee a small team 
  • Lead financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes
