Join our client, a rapidly expanding and acquisitive business, as they embark on a new phase of growth following recent acquisitions. We are seeking an Interim Finance Manager to join the team and oversee operations during the transition period while we recruit for a permanent Finance Manager. With the centralization of our finance team in Bourne, this presents an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and ambitious company committed to achieving exceptional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robust controls and processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Oversee all reconciliation activities to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Liaise with Auditors during year-end processes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the AP & AR team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination of activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Finance Manager or Management Accounts role, demonstrating a track record of implementing effective controls and processes.
  • Exceptional people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Strong analytical abilities, capable of interpreting complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
