Interim Finance Manager

We are seeking an Interim Finance Manager to support a manufacturing company for 6 months FTC. The role will include the following responsibilities;

• Financial Management:
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, create financial forecasts, and track performance against targets.
  • Profit and Loss Reporting: Analyse financial statements, identify trends, and provide insights on profitability.
  • Account Reconciliation: Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and federal financial regulations.
    
    
• Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to model business scenarios, evaluate new opportunities, and assess financial risks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and implement improvements.
    
    
• Team Management:
  • Oversee a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
    
    
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, including preparation of management accountants.
    
    
• Project Management:
  • Manage accounting responsibilities and budgets.
  • Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives.
    
    
• Qualifications:
  • A strong background in finance or a related field.
  • Proven strategic planning and financial analysis skills.
