Interim Finance Director | Media Agency | 6-Month Contract | London

Harmonic is delighted to be working with an exciting fast growth Media Agency in their search for an Interim Finance Director to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established yet incredibly ambitious company and play a key role in the business' drive for growth.

The role would be the No.1 in finance and report directly to the C-Suite. You would have responsibility for the audit and own the financial controls system as well as managing and developing a small team of junior finance professionals. The role offers an initial 6-Month contract with a strong possibility of going permanent following this. While this role is senior, you would also be relied upon to manage the day-to-day finance. They are also offering a hybrid working situation, with 2 days in the office and 3 from home.

Responsibilities

· Maintain robust controls and reporting processes.

· Provide strategic analysis on budgets and forecasts.

· Oversee and manage the audit and month-end processes.

· Manage the monthly close and group consolidation.

· Provide strategic guidance to the C-Suite

Essential qualities

· ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualified

· Experience working within an SME agency environment

· Strong technical accounting background

· Experience managing and developing a team

Desirable qualities

· Strong communication skills

Day rate: £600 - £800

Start date: ASAP
