We Do Group are delighted to be supporting the UK division of a global consumer goods business, recruiting an interim Finance Business Partner on an initial 6 month term.

Working in a UK team of 5 (2 reporting & 3 commercial) you will be performing a rounded Finance Business Partner/FP&A role, supporting the Sales Director, Operations Director & Country Manager.

Rate: £600 per day (inside IR35 via umbrella company)
Duration: 6 months
Hybrid: 3 days in office (Mon, Wed, Thurs) 2 days from home (Tues, Fri)

The Role

  • Provide budget holders with tracking vs budget and monthly spend reviews
  • Provide monthly analysis on Incentives for Sales and Operations teams to include performance vs target and quarterly pay calculations
  • To support planning processes which include the Annual Operating Plan, Mid-year, Projection and Rolling Forecast providing consolidation, analysis and reports for Opex and Incentives as appropriate and in accordance with issued guidelines and assumptions to ensure timely submissions as per timetables
  • Monthly consolidation, reporting and analysis of UK Opex and headcount results ensuring accuracy, completion and understanding of key drivers
  • To provide ad-hoc reviews / reports and participate in specific finance projects as requested

Your Profile

  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACA / ACCA / CA)
  • Background in commercial finance/FP&A roles
  • Effective communicator (written & verbal)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Available on short notice for a 6 month assignment
