Interim Finance Business Partner

Trinity House Group are working exclusively with a high growth Consultancy Business, who have built a fantastic reputation in their niche market, they are now looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner, initially on Fixed Term Contract basis.

This is a newly created role; our client is looking for a Qualified professional, with a background in Professional Services or Consultancy. Working closely with the owners and SMT to present detailed MI for key decisions, you will have strong systems and data manipulation experience.

Job Summary

• Provide reliable, accurate business reporting to allow the senior leadership team to make good fact-based decisions and to provide accountability.
• Monthly management accounts to include P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash-flow.
• Monthly Sales, utilisation and cash collection reporting.
• Work with stakeholders to generate the annual budget, business model and rolling forecasts.
• Continuous improvement of the business systems, making time more efficient.
• Interpreting financial data, identifying tends, and translating them into actionable insights.

About you

• You need to be able to demonstrate clear and concise communication with various stakeholders, including the board, investors and other executive team members.
• Experienced in delivering presentations on financial performance and forecasts.
• With strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and rapport with colleagues and stakeholders is key to success.
• You will have good data analytic skills and be technologically proficient.
• Ideally at least 5 years post qualification (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)
