We have exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced business in Grimsby, to support them after a period of growth and recent acquisition. This is a great Interim Finance Assistant role for an initial 3 month period and requires and enthusiastic and eager individual with strong initiative. Our client is a large multimillion-pound turnover organisation, who supplies & distributes a large range of products.
Package includes:
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Working within a super supportive team
- Being a key part of the finance team in a growing business
Finance Assistant Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase invoices
- Processing supplier delivery notes
- Raising purchases orders
- Communicating efficiently with the team and suppliers
- Stock reconciliations and analysis
- Investigating and resolving stock anomalies
- Ad-hoc accounts administrative duties
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience and understanding of stock analysis
- Great communication with a number of teams within the company
- A solid understanding of accounting software and procedures
- Experience within a finance team
