Interim FC - 6 months contract - Hybrid 2 days in office

We are assisting a dynamic and innovative charity as they embark on a period of transformation.  We are seeking an experienced Interim Financial Controller to lead the business through their annual audit and support the wider finance team through this exciting journey. This interim role offers an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Interim Financial Controller will play a pivotal role in driving change and transformation within the finance team. This position will focus on overseeing the final stages of the audit and year-end accounts while providing hands-on support across various financial activities. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical capabilities, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team through change.  

You must be a fully qualified accountant, able to deliver the annual audit as well as possessing a track record of change management within medium to large organisations. 

The is a vacant position and you must be able to start at short notice and commit to a period of at least 6 months.
