This role of Demand Planner is essential for maintaining optimal inventory levels and improving forecast accuracy within the Procurement & Supply Chain department. The candidate will be responsible for implementing planning strategies, coordinating with various teams, and providing detailed forecasts.

Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement effective forecast and inventory models.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to understand demand forecast drivers.
- Implement strategies to improve forecast accuracy.
- Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts and budgets.
- Work with stakeholders to determine promotional demand.
- Manage and maintain data in the forecasting system.
- Assist with risk management within the supply chain.
- Provide input to the Supply Planning team in developing inventory strategies.
Profile
The successful candidate would have:
- Experience in a similar role within the FMCG Beauty industry.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in statistical forecasting and forecasting methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using planning software.
- Be immediately available and ready for an ASAP start.
Job Offer

- Pay rate equivalent of £40,000-£55,000
