Interim Credit Controller - Part time
Boston Hale has an excellent opportunity for an Interim Credit Controller on a part time basis for an established charity in London. This is a currently a 3 month contract and you will be working 3 days a week, Hybrid working.
The successful candidate will have at least one years experience working in a similar role and have good excel and communication skills.
Day to day duties:
- Chasing debt via telephone, email and letter
- Maintaining the customer database by updating contact details
- Updating the ledger when transactions are allocated
- Managing the mailbox by respond to queries effectively and efficiently
- Sending out invoices daily from accounting system
Essentials:
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of credit control experience
