Our client, a leading engineering company, is seeking a Credit Control Manager to join their team. As Credit Control Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Credit Risk team to accurately assess financial risk for new and existing clients. Additionally, you will manage client data to ensure the timely collection of cash and support strategies to improve client master data processes. You will also oversee the workload of the team and provide support to the master data team as needed. Building productive relationships across the business and resolving business escalations to deliver high-quality customer service will be key aspects of your role. As Credit Control Manager, you will also administer a team of Credit Administrators and raise the profile of the Credit Risk policy and Credit Management services. In this contract position, you will support the credit and payments senior manager with ongoing credit risk and admin projects.

Experience in Credit Management or a similar role that handles a high volume of requests from customers, such as administration and credit risk.
