Interim CFO

Chilworth Partnership (also trading as Venture Recruitment Partners) are delighted to be supporting a fast growth manufacturing PLC, based in Southampton, in the search for an Interim CFO on an initial 6 month basis.

You will need to be:

• Technically strong regarding management and statutory accounts (Group consolidation) as a given (tax comps, LTIPs, etc)
• Forecasting techniques and judgement around appraisal/risk (rapid excel spreadsheet capabilities)
• Senior finance experience in a PLC or AIM listed company
• Manufacturing or engineering experience desirable
• Strong working capital focus – cash orientation, analysis etc
• Building and supporting pricing/demand models with commercial teams (assessing projects, reviewing existing business and driving higher margins)
• Comfortable with the complexities of banking facilities, letters of credits, Forex transactions
• A clear orientation for driving profitable growth (a driver of business performance)
• Build relationships with suppliers and customers
• Educator and developer of others in the team

Hybrid working on offer with 2-3 days a week expected in the office in Southampton.

Day rate on offer is £600-£1000/day outside IR35 (depending on experience).
