Interim CFO

We are recruiting an interim CFO for a global renewable energy services client to create a best in class finance function and to take the business to investment.

Working with an extremely entrepreneurial Founder, the CFO will be responsible for the end to end delivery of a complete transformation project. This will involve developing processes, implementing systems, creating reporting and ensuring robust accounts which will ultimately be used to secure PE investment.

Being a long term contract services business, there is a need for an understanding of contract cycle maintenance and retention as well as strategic management of contract continuity. The CFO must be client facing with a track record in roles which have involved representation of the business.

The culture of the business is non-political, direct and very straightforward and the role will suit someone with a considered, open and challenging approach.

I am looking for experienced interim transformation CFOs with a track record in successful completion of similar projects within owner managed businesses with PE backing.

Relationship management skills are critical. This role will involve weekly travel to Eastern Europe, which is non negotiable.
