Description

  • Assist in managing the accounts payable function
  • Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded
  • Support the team with monthly financial reports
  • Assist in processing invoices and expense claims
  • Support the reconciliation of accounts
  • Help with the preparation of financial statements
  • Assist in the resolution of financial discrepancies
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to financial policies and procedures

Profile

A successful Interim AP Assistant should have:

  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Excellent communication skills
