Interim Accounts Manager

Interim Accounts Manager - Plymouth - 3-6 months temporary - £30k-£40k FTE

Trial Balance Consulting have been exclusively assigned by a long standing client to source an experienced Accounts Manager to join the team urgently.

This newly formed role will sit between the Finance Director and the small finance team, and will focus on the delivery of the day to day accounting function, as well as assisting the FD on various systems projects currently ongoing. Duties to include the following:

• Overseeing and providing cover for sales and purchase ledger functions
• Statutory payment processing · Preparing and producing VAT returns
• Producing monthly reports for Management.
• Assisting the Finance Director with Month and Year end process.
• Supervision of staff covering data input/invoicing/accounts receivable & payable etc.

The successful candidate must be available at short notice, posess strong MS Excel skills, and have a good understanding of the Accounting lifecyle.
