Your new company

Our SME client is looking to recruit an interim accountant for a least 3 months with the potential for longer.

Your new role

You will be involved in completing all postings, processing purchase invoices, coding and posting to respective cost centres along with preparing monthly and quarterly consolidated Management accounts. You will be responsible for bank reconciliations, credit control and ensuring suppliers are paid on due dates. Reconcile purchase ledger with supplier statements. Revalue foreign debtors and creditors on a quarterly basis. Sales and profit forecast. Preparation of Annual Budget followed with a 3-month forecast. Compare the forecast with the actual, with a variance analysis.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a hands-on accountant having worked within a SME business, happy to process invoices as well as prepare the management accounts & work within a small finance team.

This is a hybrid role, ideally 3 days in the office rest remote.
