Interim Accountant

Robert Half is excited to be exclusively partnered with an American quotes business based on the outskirts of Colchester, Essex as they seek an Interim Accountant for an initial 9-month period.

The Role:

This is a newly created role which will support the manufacturing processes on going in the site to streamline production and create efficiencies. You will report the US Corporate Controller, providing accurate and robust data on day-to-day operations and pay close attention to items such as inventory management and standard costing.

Your Profile:

To be a successful applicant you will need to be a quailed accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA), or have demonstrable experience in the manufacturing sector, and possess a strong accounting/financial analysis background. If you have experience working as a Finance Manager or operating at a higher level, then this will not preclude you as this will be the sole accountant for the site.

Salary & Benefits:

An interim salary of between £350 - £400/day is offered inside of IR35 (Umbrella). Candidate working PAYE will also be considered.
