Key Responsibilities

  • To provide person-centred, high-quality community-based support to enable people with dementia and their carers to maintain their independence, choice, and control.
  • The worker will support group sessions at both the Dementia Hub in Leyton and Windmill Court in Chingford, including supporting with personal care, escort service users on minibus to sessions and undertake home visits to service users' homes.
  • They will be supporting service users with a range of activities to keep them stimulated and prove an opportunity for them to socialise. An enhanced DBS is required for the role.

What you need:

  • QSW Status - including qualification, Social Work England registration and completed ASYE
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Right to work in the UK
