Senior Integration Engineer
  • Annual Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

We are on the search for a Senior Integration Engineer with a proactive mindset, a self-starter attitude, and a high level of motivation to excel in the realm of Electrical and Electronic Integration. This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of powertrain systems and E-mobility applications.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Collaborate with teams to deliver projects seamlessly.
  • Engage in the development of software and controls for various electrified powertrain systems.
  • Lead the development, integration, commissioning, testing, and sign-off of electrified systems within the vehicle powertrain.
  • Organise and conduct customer clinics to evaluate system acceptability and performance.
  • Execute customer testing of hybrid control and calibration across various testing environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • An advanced degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Solid experience with automotive control systems and calibration.
  • Proficiency in vehicle architectures, communication protocols, and components.
  • Familiarity with V-cycle automotive development, System Engineering, and Quality tools.
  • Skilled in Matlab Simulink, dSpace, Vector, or ETAS engineering tools.
  • Proven track record in vehicle integration and commissioning.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Valid UK driving license.

Preferable:

  • Experience in development according to ISO26262.
  • Knowledge of high voltage components.
  • Experience in high voltage tests, component verification, EMI, etc.
  • Project Management, Product Quality, DOORS or similar experience.
  • Agile methodology experience for product development.
