Insurance Trainer - Liverpool

Salary up to £27k

Hybrid working

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design, create and maintain training material as and when required, in accordance with procedural updates, systems changes and legislative and regulatory guidelines etc
  • Carry out group training or 1-2-1's in an engaging manner
  • Report and escalate any identified risks, training or performance issues to Team Managers
  • Achieve any agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and contribute positively to the team performance

Experience & Knowledge

  • An ability to prepare and deliver training material to a group or 1-2-1 in a confident and engaging manner
  • Relevant experience of working in a call centre and/or professional services environment
  • Ability to interpret information, identify risk and provide feedback in a clear manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Have a clear understanding of what good customer service is and have experience in this area
