Pertemps Work Based Learning are currently working in partnership alongside a fantastic training provider who deliver apprenticeship programmes within Financial and Insurance Services. They are rated as ‘Good’ by Ofsted, and due to a period of growth they are now looking to bring on an Insurance Skills Coach/Trainer. The trainer will work directly with learners in order to guide them towards End Point Assessment. The role is purely remote, so all engagement with learners with be via Teams.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Apprenticeship Trainer
- Supporting learners undertaking Apprenticeship Qualifications within Insurance (Levels 3 & 4)
- Delivery of qualifications in a classroom setting and on a 1 to 1 basis
- Providing information and guidance to the learner and employer
- Understand learning styles and adapt processes for each learner
- Coach the learner through to the End Point Assessment
- Working to specific quality and completion of targets
- Helping with the enrolment of learners
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress
- Visit and observe learners in their place of work to support and gather evidence
Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required for the Financial Service Trainer/Skills Coach:
- Experience working as a Coach, Mentor, Trainer or Team Leader
- Hold Insurance Qualifications at Diploma level or above Dip Cii
- Vocational competence within Financial Services
- It would be highly desirable if the candidate holds the Assessor Qualification, A1, TAQA, CAVA
- Experience and up to date knowledge with using remote communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom
