Insurance Member Services Assistant
Based in London (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £40k
Full-Time, Permanent Position

We are working with an Insurance Trade Association to find an Member Services Assistant to join their team in London. Hybrid working is available for this role. Insurance experience is preferred for this role.

As the Member Services Assistant, you will be responsible for the management and resolution, or dissemination of queries relating to support in specific fields such as; Technical, Marketing, Events logistics, Learning and Insights Programme, Membership Review Meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing Briefing and Insights joining details
  • Assisting with new user set up or deletion of users
  • Validation of new member prospects - confirming eligibility for x 3 membership tiers, preparing company bio, and verifying Companies House and FCA/PRA/CBI registration.
  • Event support
  • Market Briefing and Insights support - including capturing registrations and attendees, providing access to Insights and Briefings both online and in-person. Postproduction.
  • Collating & analyzing membership management information for both internal and external use with members, regulatory bodies, conferences.
