Fantastic opportunity for a Insurance Claims Handler for one of the largest insurance companies in the UK. The client prides themselves on providing exceptional service for their clients, as well as ensuring the happiness and growth of their employees.

As a leading figure in the claim arena, it’s this same mentality that ensures their clients are happy and the client base grows. The Insurance Claims Handler will be responsible for managing the end to end claims process.

In return, the Insurance Claims Handler will expect a salary of up to £25,000, 25 days paid annual leave plus birthday, attractive pension contribution, access to thousands of perks and discounts, optional health and wellbeing cover and life assurance at 4 times your annual salary.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Handling and settling domestic and commercial Subsidence claims
  • Interpreting data, investigations and repair schedules
  • Keeping the policy holder up to date with any progression on their claim
  • Providing a first-class service to create the best customer journey possible
Skills & Requirements:
  • Experienced Insurance Claims Handler
  • Cradle to grave claims handling experience is imperative
  • Proactive, with the ability to work with initiative
  • Able to work as part of a team to ensure client SLAs are met
