Overview:

Due to rapid growth the business are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their friendly team in Milford

YOU will be engaging with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions, delivering exceptional service and addressing inquiries promptly. You will be providing valuable advice on insurance products, guiding clients with confidence through their options!

Sounds interesting??...What will my daily duties look like??

• Assist clients in obtaining quotes, renewing policies, and making adjustments, ensuring they're always covered! (Full training provided)
• Process policy applications and amendments accurately and efficiently, guaranteeing seamless transactions for our valued clients.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify additional insurance opportunities and introduce clients to financial services, enhancing their overall financial well-being.
• Maintain accurate records, fostering a positive and efficient team environment.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous Customer Service Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong customer service focus, with a passion for exceeding expectations and creating unforgettable experiences
• The ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Confidence using computers and insurance software (don't worry, they will provide all the training you need).
