Insurance Administration Assistant

Location: Alconbury or Northampton office

Pay: £12.59 per hour

37 hours per week, hybrid approach - 2-3 days in the office at either Alconbury or Northampton

Length: 3 months

Opus People Solutions are recruiting of behalf of Cambridgeshire County Council for a temporary Insurance Administrator Assistant to provide administrative support within their Insurance Services Team. You will ensure that claims are accurately recorded in accordance with protocols, insurer requirements and service level agreements.

Main duties are to oversee the recording, management and allocation of incoming communications and claims via generic email and postal addresses. Triage and logging of low value insurance claims, adding correspondence to claims management system, taking telephone calls and recording details to claims management system and processing of payments through ERP Gold.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to details, good knowledge of Microsoft Excel - ability to obtain, filter and report on data, experience in data entry and ability to prioritise own workload and multi-task. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with ERP Gold commercial payment processing experience.

This post is offered on full time basis - 37hrs per week, 2-3 days per week in the office at Alconbury New Shire Hall or One Angel Square Northampton.
