Institutional Sales Director - Real Estate

Institutional investors are looking for two things:

  1. Returns on their assets
  2. Minimum paperwork

Ok, sure there are plenty of other wishes however for the sake of this job description, these two aren't a bad place to start.

This limits the type of assets that LPs and GPs can invest within, especially within Real Estate. Purchases such as large offices (Work from home is sucking the joy here), Hotels (so much admin and management) and large residential blocks.

My client allows institutional investors to access considerably more option in European Real Estate, all with less admin, paperwork and ultimately stress.

And this where you come in...

This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of significant expansion in a proven scale-up. Ideal candidates will have a proven record in generating capital from institutional real estate investment managers and an interest in emerging technology.

You will doing:

  • Promote our client's brand by targeting prospective clients, specifically focusing on real estate private equity funds and REIMs. Develop a solid sales funnel, close deals, and exceed sales goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong connections with influential figures and stakeholders in the private real estate investment sector.
  • Bring on Institutional investors to deploy assets into the Europe residential real estate sector

You will bring:

  • Minimum 6 years in sales or investment in the private real estate market, with residential real estate background as an added advantage.
  • Strong connections with key decision-makers in Real Estate Private Equity Funds and Real Estate Investment Managers.
  • Demonstrable history of substantial capital raising or deal structuring in the private real estate sector.
