Installations Support Coordinator
Annual Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 – Dependent on experience
Location: Halifax
Job Type: Full-time

Reed is recruiting on behalf of a leading glass solution company based in Halifax. Due to continued growth our client is seeking an Installations Support Coordinator. This role is integral to maintaining their exceptional reputation by ensuring installation teams are supported and client expectations are consistently exceeded. The successful candidate will be a dedicated professional with a commitment to excellence and a willingness to go the extra mile every day.

Day to Day of the role:

• Engage directly with each installation team at the start and end of each day, recording feedback and taking necessary actions.

• Inform relevant colleagues to ensure remedial actions are taken and issues are rectified promptly.

• Manage and monitor ongoing planning schedules, including quarterly, monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly updates, incorporating last-minute changes.

• Maintain daily communication with directors, keeping them informed of any diary or scheduling changes.

• Prepare documentation for quarterly KPI meetings between the Director and the Installation Team, ensuring compliance and reporting any discrepancies.

• Record each installer’s performance against set KPI criteria daily, with support from colleagues.

• Ensure that each project file is complete and H&S compliant before handover to the project lead, liaising with colleagues to compile file elements.

• Work closely with logistic support to ensure site logistics meet required timelines and cover all H&S obligations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Comfortable in a dynamic environment with frequent plan changes.

• Self-motivated with a proactive and flexible approach to work.

• Ability to multitask and excellent communication skills across all levels and mediums.

• Demonstrable experience in managing and maintaining strong working relationships within an organisation.

• Skilled in organising and delegating project workloads to skilled installer teams.

• High IT competency levels.
