Installation Operative

Miles Recruitment are partnered with a long term client, thriving in their niche sector, looking for an Installation Operative to join their team based in Westbury.

As an Installation Operative, you will responsible for installing various products and equipment according to specifications and ensuring that installations are completed efficiently and accurately. Further responsibilities include:

- Collaborate with team members and project managers to plan and execute installation projects.
- Verify materials and equipment needed for installations and ensure they are available on-site.
- Use hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment, to complete installations.
- Test installed equipment to ensure proper functioning and make any necessary adjustments or repairs.

To excel in this role as Installation Operative, you will need to have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Additional desired qualities and attributes include:

- Relevant previous experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient with hand and power tools.
- Flexibility to travel and work overnight on occasion (further details below)

You will have the opportunity to carry out jobs with an overnight stay, which will receive £45 for the night with accommodation paid for.
