Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000

Benefits: Company vehicle or allowance (£3,000 per annum) & comprehensive benefits package

The role of Installation Manager - Fit Out & FF&E will involve:

  • Installation Manager position dealing with a the installation of a high end range of furniture, fixtures and equipment
  • Management of all subcontractors and site operatives
  • Ensure that H&S procedures are adhere to by all site staff
  • Oversee the distribution of materials to enable installation team to work efficiently
  • Manage and arrange labour and resource required to complete works
  • Produce weekly reports for Contracts Managers and Directors
  • Attend site meetings as required with Main Contractors
  • Ensure that projects are completed within budget and deadlines
  • Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
  • Working on projects ranging in value up to £5m

The ideal applicant will be an Installation Manager - Fit Out & FF&E with

  • Must have Installation Management, Project Management, Site Management or Contracts Management experience within the fitout, furniture or joinery market sectors
  • Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
  • Must have CSCS Gold/Black card
  • Ideally will have SMSTS & FAAW
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Full UK driving license
