Due to expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Insolvency Solicitor to join this highly regarded firm in the heart of the City. The firm is very well respected for its work in the insolvency sector.

You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, acting for liquidators, directors and companies.  

Ideally your skills and experience should include:

• Qualified Solicitor, 3+ years’ PQE
• Experience of a wide range of insolvency matters
• Overseeing the work of junior colleagues including paralegals and trainees
• Marketing and business development 

As an insolvency solicitor, you will need to be able to demonstrate a solid technical understanding of insolvency law which should be combined with good academics.
