Our client is a top tier full service commercial law firm in Thames Valley.

Its offices in Reading are seeking a 1-5 years’ PQE Insolvency Solicitor to join the expanding team based in Reading.

The Business Support & Insolvency group is chambers listed for its work and is reputed to assist and support insolvency practitioners, banks and asset-based lenders.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

  • Recent experience working at a firm known for its Insolvency work or have 1-5 years’ PQE previous experience of Insolvency work, acting primarily for Insolvency Practitioners
  • Experience preferably in both contentious and non-contentious matters (corporate and personal)
  • Advocacy experience (County Court and High Court Registrars)
  • Good negotiating skills

The team of six is Partner-led with three other fee earners and two support staff.
