Through further planned growth, and diversification of their Dispute Resolution & Litigation team, this West End boutique, are seeking an Insolvency & Restructuring Senior Associate/ Partner.

This is a leading independent practice, whose reputation exceeds their firm size, the quality is what you would expect from a Top 100 UK practice, and for good reason!

The Firm

They have established themselves in the West End as a "go to" practice across Real Estate & Dispute Resolution. As a firm, they continue to attract Partners from Top 200 UK firms, bringing interesting and significant clients with them.

This opportunity is working directly with the Head of Dispute Resolution & Litigation as this specialist Insolvency offering is integrated.

The Role

The firm are seeking an Insolvency & Restructuring Senior Associate or Partner with 5PQE +, to join their West End office, with hybrid working available.

You will be responsible for leveraging off their excellent reputation in the Retail & Restaurant sectors to further develop business; it would also be beneficial for you to generate your work through your own contacts, regardless of sector.

In line with diversification and market demand, they strongly believe there is a huge opportunity to build a specialist Insolvency offering withing the practice.

Whilst you will be responsible for driving forward this service, you will be supported by the wider Partnership team, and provided all the investment and resources to ensure success.

What is Needed:

• Insolvency Senior Associate or Partner with 5PQE+
• You will have proven experience in business development & networking activities, and own contacts to bring.
• Salary is negotiable and relative to experience and contacts.
