Ambition is currently partnering with one of our key clients, a leading insolvency practice that are looking to hire an experienced insolvency professional to join their London team on a permanent basis.

You will ideally have a broad experience working in corporate insolvency. Our client is looking to hire a high-calibre individual who confidently takes ownership of their caseload making strategic and calculated decisions.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Involved in client meetings
  • Advising on appropriate procedures - presenting information to partners to ascertain strategy
  • Involvement in initial meetings with a view to establishing the strategy of a case going forward
  • Preparing initial documents following internal procedures.
  • Supporting the Insolvency directors and partners and accepting delegated departmental responsibilitie

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years relevant corporate insolvency experience
  • Prior exposure to CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, LPA Recieverships and CVAs
  • Be currently studying or wish to study the ACA/ACCA or JIEB
  • Supporting the Insolvency directors and partners and accepting delegated departmental responsibilities
  • Willingness to participate in marketing and business development
