This is a new team build and an opportunity to make the role and business your own.

As an inside sales specialist, you will be responsible for:

• To sell the company's range of products as alongside field based sales specialists.
• To develop close relationships with all orthopaedic surgeons and allied with procurement across your territory.
• To provide, or arrange to be provided, all of the necessary training in the use of the products, but never to assist in any surgical procedure or patient intervention.

• Proven remote selling & negotiating techniques
• Orthopaedic/surgical sales experience
• Experience with the OR
• Ability to learn quickly
• Proactive.
• Organised in your diary management.
• Communication
• Numerate & literate
• Fluent in English
