A leading SaaS company, dedicated to saving business owners' time, is in search of a dynamic Inside Sales Specialist for the UK market. Their solution enables business owners to effectively manage calendars, coordinate staff and communicate directly with clients all in one platform.

With a healthy marketing budget, all sales leads will be warm enquiries/ request for demos.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls (to warm leads) to meet set targets.
  • Assess leads via various channels.
  • Use CRM (Hubspot) to track interactions.
  • Understand company products to persuade clients.
  • Assist trialists via phone, chat, and email.
  • Follow sales processes and refine strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales success with strong phone skills.
  • Understanding of sales processes and hitting targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Organizational skills for a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
