Due to growth and expansion, they are now looking for a sales guru that will help them take their business to new levels. You will be working with incoming leads and converting them into sales whilst developing existing business.

What's involved for the Inside Sales Executive…

• Manage the constant flow of inbound leads and convert to sales
• Build new client relationships whilst maintaining and developing existing business
• Create new business pipelines
• Develop a sound in depth knowledge of the company services
• Maintain a good understanding of market competitors
• Deliver high levels of customer engagement
• Be responsible for realistic sales targets
• Ensure that a high level of service is delivered
• Built partnerships with suppliers

What you'll need…

• Strong B2B sales experience
• Experience of winning new business and converting leads
• Experience of managing and developing existing customers
• Consultative selling techniques with the ability to match the clients needs and sell the benefits
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to prioritise workloads
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
