Our client, an excelling freight forwarding and logistics organisation, with management of regular commercial freight logistics and specialising in providing comprehensive services for the movement of high- niche market products, are looking to recruit a talentedInside Sales Co-ordinator.

The Inside Sales Co-ordinator position can be based remotely reporting to the Paisley Office, Scotland.

Main Purpose of the Inside Sales Co-ordinator Role:

  • Reporting to the Managing Director
  • New business development through cold calling, and emails.
  • Acting on leads received from the company.
  • Quoting Customers/Assisting with Tenders.
  • Manage sales process through closure.
  • Obtaining rates from our international partners.
  • Keeping up a sales pipeline using CRM system.
  • Supporting the sales team in their sales efforts.

To Be Considered:

  • Proven experience in an Inside Sales Co-ordinator role
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales / account management experience working in the Freight Forwarding sector.
  • Strong IT skills & proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong English, written & verbal communication skills.
  • Confident, adaptable & proactive in your approach.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise assignments based on urgency.
  • Ability to make good decisions within the correct timeframes.
