A large global player in the real estate space are looking for a real estate finance lawyer to work closely with their debt business in London. This would only be suitable for someone with 1-5 years PQE experience in a respected law firm(or inhouse legal role).

Role:

  • Instruct and engage with external counsel where needed
  • Review and negotiate the agreements facing off with sponsors/lenders directly
  • Work across UK and EU jurisdictions, understanding key documentation requirements for each
  • Build an maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally

Requirements:

  • England & Wales Qualified - Real estate finance background essential
  • 1-5 years PQE
  • Sponsor and lender side work desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and able to face off with senior stakeholders
