Our client, a leading consultancy, are recruiting for an Infrastructure Project Manager to join them on a contract basis in Northern Ireland.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Broadly skilled in information technology including application and infrastructure environments.
  • Has a comprehensive knowledge of relevant development lifecycles including traditional waterfall and agile methods
  • Proven and demonstrable experience of project delivery in a similar environment
  • Likely educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Practitioner certificate in PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualification
  • Principles, methods, techniques and tools for the effective management of projects from initiation through to implementation
  • Methods and techniques for reporting progress and financial compliance against an agreed plan
  • Automated tools to assist in the project management process, by automating mechanical tasks such as scheduling, resource balancing, and time recording.
  • Tools and techniques for risk management
  • Methods and techniques associated with planning and monitoring progress of projects
  • The identification, assessment and management of project risks, which could result in time or cost over-runs, or failure to deliver products which are fit for purpose
