The Agency

My client is a leading media agency with a well-established and profitable Social & Influence offering where they partner with some of the biggest global brands to lead them to success.

The Role

• Lead the development of our Influencer Marketing proposition
• Advocate for our discipline by communicating our story to clients and industry stakeholders
• Oversee the execution of campaigns
• Drive campaign effectiveness by ensuring alignment with outcomes and value
• Maintain a portfolio of high-quality and innovative output
• Manage accounts to drive revenue growth and profitability
• Cultivate relationships with agency, group, and industry contacts
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless delivery
• Proactively contribute insights and ideas
• Collaborate with the Head of Social and Heads of Creative across integrated campaigns
• Foster talent development within the team, supporting colleagues in achieving success

About You

• Lead a team responsible for pitching, managing, and evaluating creator campaigns
• Utilize strong connections with major social platforms
• Seek candidates with extensive expertise and contacts in creator marketing
• Understand the factors driving business success for brands
• Integrate creator marketing into broader media and advertising strategies
• Serve as a knowledgeable authority on industry trends and advancements
• Maintain robust partnerships with potential collaborators, including social platforms and creator networks
• Emphasize integrity and inclusivity in campaign execution
