The Successful candidate will work within a dedicated team to carry out quality preparation and spray painting in a safe and time efficient manner. HVLP air assisted spray equipment background is essential and you must be able to adapt to a daily workload. You will be competent in completing unit preparation and will have a keen eye for detail with the knowledge to spray paint and maintain the work environment. Work load will vary and consist of manufacturing and maintaining site welfare cabins, containers and towable units.

Key Roles

  • To interpret production schedules and working examples, to achieve the finish required for our products, in line with safety, quality and delivery standards,
  • To maintain a safe working environment, highlighting any concerns and assisting to better our environment
  • To maintain and use High volume low pressure tools and machinery to recognized best practice.
  • The ability to maintain effectiveness when experiencing major or minor changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjusts effectively to work within new work structures, processes or requirements.
  • A preference for taking action without being prompted by others to achieve results,
  • Working cooperatively with others involved in a common goal, being part of a team and working together.
  • Maintaining a professional approach to your job role.

Hours

  • Monday - Thursday - 06:30am - 03:45pm
  • Friday - 06:30am - 12:30pm
  • 39.5 hours

£14.50ph/£29,783pa
