Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Industrial Door Fitter to join our client in Norfolk. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the installation of large industrial doors and possess a keen eye for detail. As an Industrial Door Fitter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful installation and maintenance of our industrial door systems, providing our clients with reliable and efficient solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Install and fit a variety of industrial doors, including roller shutters, sectional doors, high-speed doors, and more, according to specifications and safety guidelines.
- Conduct on-site assessments to determine installation requirements and identify any potential challenges.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of installations.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing industrial door systems as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Proven experience in the installation of industrial doors, with a focus on large-scale projects.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical proficiency.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
